My friend gave me his old phone. I asked him to reset it when he gave it to me. When I turn it on, an activation screen comes. I can't get past the activation screen because I can't click the "NEXT" button at the bottom of the screen. What do I do?

It's teh most common outcome of the capacitive screen wearing out. The lost of sensitivity is also due to battery drain cause by highly conssuming apps. It happenes to mi with iPhone 4S and so far haven met anyone who can solve it by any way different fron buying a new phone.
