Nook HD boots to 99% then powers down.

Really weird, I've tried resetting it to factory default by holding down the nook button. Display works, fully charged (doesn't seem to be a battery issue). Every time I try to power it on, it loads to 99% then powers down. Please help! Any advice greatly appreciated.

Few steps to fix you phone

Step 01

  • Turn off you phone
  • Hold the power button + home/n button
  • You can see recovery mode
  • There is a option Format cache partition (Use navigation keys to select option)
  • after formating cache partition you can reboot the phone (1st option)
  • check whether it works as usual if not fallow step 02

Step 02

  • Turn off you phone
  • Hold the power button + home/n button
  • You can see recovery mode
  • There is a option factory default mode (All data will be lost in this step)
  • Reboot the system
  • it should work as usual

Core component or partition table relate issues may not solving formatting the device. you should have to update firmware or flash the phone to boot it up
