cannot navigate, broken button

The button used to navigate broke in half and part of it fell out, the other part is still there but does not work well. I can use the tip of my thumb to do some things, but not all. Also, cannot select an item. The line which indicates what you want to select won't stay put, drops straight to the bottom item.
