Parental Control ?
Go to Parental Control, in the bottom midle click I forgot twice
Put the given vode in the site:
Make sure the day (on top of your nintendo maches the one presented in the site)
Get the code and unlock your nintendo

I don't have a password or security question for this ds it was a gift and they got it through someone else so how do I reset it
