Flash bleed when taking pictues

My phone was serviced in a local repair shop and after that whenever I take a photo with flash I get a big white circle on the left side of the picture. Can it be fixed? How?

Try apply black marker on the camera silver ring. So it will not reflect the flash. I use this method on my z1 compact. Good luck
