The lens is stuck and does not come out at all
For whatever reason the lens is not coming out at all. What can I do to fix it?

sergito27 check on here for some great suggestions. Most likely your lens motor has failed and it is very difficult to obtain proper parts. I'd replace the lens itself. this guide will get you close to the lens and you should see how it is mounted.
