Google playstore & Google everything not working

Hi just randomly the other day my google play store wouldn't work and now nothing Google will work maps, play services, music. I reset to factory default and that didn't work. I followed steps while on the phone with a Google technician none of the steps worked. I did a hard reset still didn't work. Now when I reboot or power off then on it goes to the first white blu screen and nothing else. Took my battery in and out for over an hour until it finally loaded all the way through. Now every time I shut my phone off this happens.. Please help before I go crazy! Lol.

Bump can I get some advice here...starting to think blu is just a waist of money still having this problem after factory reset and hard reset...not satisfied one bit with this phone seems like a problem with the software

THIS HAPPENED TO MY PHPONE JUST AFTER I HAD BOUGHT IT. (same model, etc..) i took it back to the cell shop and the guy there diagnosed it as a bad / over heated battery. i bought another and have tried to keep it from charging over night.

stopping directly after the first splash screen is i guess indicative of this??? i dont know. something about the phone's cant stay ona charger over night as delivered from the factoyy because they constantly cycle back and forth and generate heat as a tiny amount of energy is used ...

i got it to work, its easy to root. runs out of space quick, but you can use link2sd to get the apps you use all together on there.
