Why is the device increasing my brightness settings when it warms up.

I set the brightness on my tablet display below half. When the processor gets warm it gives the message "Brightness throttled because the device is warm."

Then turns the brightness up to about .9.

This gets annoying as I keep having to turn the brightness back down, to help conserve power.
