laptop won't open when battery is less than 50%

i have sony vaio laptop when i turn it off with half battery charged or less and try to open it again it won't open battery light red and power light green when power button is pressed and some noise heard like fast clicking ; it turn on after i put it in the charger or sometimes remove the battery then charge it how to fix this and why it happening ? pls help ...

idk i'll try too but the laptop doesn't shut down unless it reach 7% it happen only when i shut it down when battery is low

still the same , do u know how to flash my bios VPCEH36A , insyde h2o R0190Z9

Before flashing the BIOS, better to check the notebook with new battery. if you have PLC knowledge you can reset the EP ROM inside of battery ( note recommended to touch silicon inside of battery if you haven't idea of Li power cells )

i never opened battery before i'll try to replace it first and see if that fix it or not , thx for ur time :)
