7 color line wit a circle going
My 42" television all the sudden came up with a screen that has 7 color lines and the message -20dBFS Source 16:9 1080i59 on it. The letters have a white circle going around them.

That sounds like you are having issues with your aspect ratio. Any changes from your cable company? Does you TV still display DVD's or game consoles properly?
