My laptop freezes when I open the lid

Hi there

My laptop keep freezing after I close the led and re open it , the touch pad works but it can do nothing , so I press the power button for 5 seconds to turn it off , and when I restart it , some times it freezes on the boot screen and I keep restarting it for couple of times until it works !!

I tried cleaning the cpu van and the rams sockets but nothing changed .

what do you think I should do ?
