Why is my device not turning on?
I have tried to charge my device but it still won't power on. What can I do?

Are you using the original battery to charge? Tablets need a stronger current so if you use other charger you cannot charge with it.

Hi,
Will it turn on with the power adapter connected and switched on? If so, it may be that your battery is failing to charge.
