My camera won't turn on!
Every time I tried to open the shutter on the camera it didn't open. Any suggestions help!

Hello Joseph,
If the shutter on the camera won't open then you might need to try a fresh pair of 'AA' batteries or you're hitting the wrong button (please refer to our trouble shooting guide). If the problems are still consistent then please update us.

My camera won't turn on either, i bought a pack of batteries, replaced them and it still doesn't work.
HELP!!!camera wont take any piocture. it fell on vacation, which i just bought it.when it fell it stop taking picture .the shutter open and everything, theres catilage in the back full. when the shutter open i see a red light in the back. where the view lens is. but theres o ligh on the indicator.telling me if its outside,inside,cloudy.i put in a brand new batteries too.
My daughter's camera apparently also fell after which it wont turn on. The light indicating the mode will not turn on. Please help troubleshoot so we can fix. the camera is so new and the holder/case is still on it's way!

I just put in new batteries but it won't come on
My camera is new and I didn't even touch if for 6 months . Now I opened it to test it and the shutter wont roll !! Helpp

Does anyone have a solution for this? Mine fell as well. Mi purchased a new one off offer up and that one doesn’t work either. The one I purchased will jot turn in at all, the one I dropped turns on, ot at least makes a noise like it is on but won’t take photos.

my camera roll ong turn on with fresh batteries in it I don't know what to do and I know what button to push please help me !!!!!! I'm getting impatient and frustrated because I want to take it on a trip soon
