2 What do I do if my screen isn't responding?
My screen is black and both my screen and power button are not being responsive. I think it might be called 'sleep of death'. Help please, how do you fix this?

Hi Carlos,
I'd recommend that you hard reset your phone. Sony has also released an Over the Air (OTA) update to fix this problem, so make sure to update your phone if it hasn't automatically done so.
