Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 doesn't turn on.

I have a Samsung Tab 2 ( 10.1 ) that doesn't turn on. I have replaced the charging port for a brand new one but still won't charge or turn on. Also I bought a new cable but still the same. I have disconnect the battery and tried to discharge all the electricity from the motherboard but it doesn't work :(.

Can anyone tell me how to repair this problem please?
