1. Do a hard reset. Hold power and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. If this fixes it, great!

2. Open the phone and check the connections to make sure they are secured and didn't pop off. Check the connectors for any damage if screen has been replaced.

3. If you have a old screen around try that and see what results you have. Otherwise may need new screen.

This is becoming a common issue with the iPhone 6+. It seems to be due to the flexing of the phone. As it gets twisted the connector for the touch screen lifts from the mother board slightly. Generally speaking slight pressure in the top right corner of the phone stops the issue. You often have to power of then wake up the phone to get full functionality back.

Apple recognize this as an issue and will replace the phone with a Genius appointment.

Others have had success opening the phone, removing the metal shield over the connector and installing a small insulated object under to apply additional pressure on the connection.

Hope this helps

Similar to bdaspud's answer.

I was able to fix my iPhone 6 Plus by opening the phone, removing the metal shield over the connections and then placing a nano sim card over the top 2 connectors (the ones for the LCD). I then put the metal shield back on and tightened down the screws. WORKED FLAWLESSLY!! Fixed the phone with 5 minutes.

I used an old AT&T nano sim card - like the one that fits in the iPhones.
