2nd time replacing lcd digitizer for IPad Air but isn't responsive

2nd time replacing lcd digitizer but isn't responsive again after 2 weeks of use... Purchased both thru IFIXIT. It worked well out of the gate and then two weeks into it - the touch portion isn't as sensitive and won't respond like the original or like when it was first installed - Any Help would be great...
