watch settings switched to a voice mode for blind.

The settings got changed because of a crack in the screen making commands difficult with several attemps sometimes. the last time it was half working it actually started to get weird and some how changed my setting to assist the blind. I now have to double tap and wait for it to tell me what ive selected before moving on. im n ot sure what has truly happen but have had a new screen put in and seems to respond but still cant use until programed to my new phone. If this is not something your familiar with, I was hoping that I could plug the watch into a computer and try to access the setting from there. please let me know if you can help. thanks........
