Repplace power pcboard or motherboard

Hello, I can't turn on my nikon L810 using on/off button. The trigger doesn't work neither, but i can turn on the camera, pressing another button near the menu.

I open the camera and I find a problem between power pcb board : http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTA2M1gxNjAw/z...

and

the motherboard:

I can't realize if the both pieces should be weld or just put the one over the other contact.

Hello

Is the on / off button makes a "click or can turn it on by pressing to view the images (hold it for 3 seconds)? If so, check the on / off key. Alternatively, to replace the top plate.
