Charging port loose can I solder it

If you can open the Tab without too much trouble or damage, ( I cannot find any videos / manuals on how to do this for your Tab), you then need to safely dis-assemble it to remove the systemboard so that you can have access to the charge socket, which is probably mounted on it. If it is only loose and not broken, you will probably be able to re-solder it back into position. If it is broken, you will need to source and install an identical charge port connector.
