Why isn't my cd rom not spinning discs cause none to work

My cd rom no longer works. the yellow light blinks a few times when I put a disc in but other than that it wont play the discs at all nor is it spinning the discs

In my opinion your cd rom has been damaged i would recommend buying a new ce rom
