My phone want factory reset
I bought that phone two weeks ago and now it want do nothing. It stays on Bold Like Us I really like these phones

Hi,
I assume that you are saying that your phone didn't respond to a factory restore (reset) and that you have only had it for two weeks. Is this correct?
If so, contact the manufacturer's customer service section ( or do what it says in the warranty section of the User Guide that came with the phone) regarding a repair/replacement warranty claim.
