If your battery drains quick try replacing the battery.
If that doesn't work and it's the same then your U2 IC probably needs replacing

Hardware problem is when something is wrong with the inside of the phone (any part or logic board).

Is it your battery drain quick? And someone told you is hardware problem?
Could be but we need to find out if it is not just the use of the phone draining the battery or you may have bad battery.
