looks like video cable has come loose
Anyone know of a video that shows how to open up and fix the video cable connection for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1?

Found this good screen replacement video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yh_QETzA... - opened up the back and tightened the three cables. The one on the right was the one causing the problem.
