USB PORTS DONT WORK. They Don't Display in System Report

Hello!

i Have my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011).

Brought new and usb stop working straight after warranty finished.

i have checked in the system report and it does not Display System Report.

I'm good with repairs with components and soldering and boards, if someone can tell me what i need to replace.
