3 Why isn't my phone charging?
The power cord is connected to the wall and the phone, however it will not charge.
Update (03/30/2016)
The battery is probably faulty and needs replacing.

If you have not already tried a different outlet and charger then I would recommend doing so first. If the issue still persists then you may have a bad battery, but you could also have a faulty charging port.
