3 Is my lens scratched?
Usually my photos come out clear but there is a big streak across the photos I take now. I may have dropped it on something.

You may have scratched the lens. Try applying rubbing alcohol to the lens to remove minor scratches. If possible it would be best to try some form of lens scratch removal.
