That was not the question. Please answer the question. If I buy a new battery from you, and check the number of charge cycles on the battery, how many charge cycles will I see? 400 charge cycles IS NOT a new battery, it is a USED battery.

There should be 0 (zero) charge cycles on any new phone battery including the iPhone 4s
