2 Why is my screw not catching the surface properly?
I use my Dewalt DCD771C2 to screw in a picture frame into the wall, but the screw keeps slipping off the wall and won’t go in.

Make sure the Dewalt DCD771C2 is in the correct orientation. The forward/reverse control button should be pushed in the forward direction. Also make sure the screw is perpendicular to the surface.
