Why won't my Playstation 3 Super Slim turn on?

My Playstation 3 Super Slim has stopped turning on. I am not sure how to resolve this issue or if it is even possible to repair my device. I am nervous about pulling my device apart and then not knowing what components to fix or how to fix them. Also, once it's apart, I don't know if I will be able to put it back together. I have limited technological experience and do not know where to begin.
