no picture but there is power on led

I have a Sansui plasma television (Model No. STY 042) that is not working. There is power on the stand by led and when I press power button it switches but the power board relay switches on and off(clicks) there is no display on the screen, no sound?

there may be scaler board issue of lvds cable rusty please clean from eraser and refix
