Lost messages on the network is lost, no warranty on SMS delivery anyway.

How do you know that you have a text messages that you didn't recieve? Most common "missing messages" are the sender mis typing the target address, most common is .com instead of .net or .org.

Unfortunately, text messages that aren't delivered can have a large number of reasons, both on the sending and the receiving end.
you can't 'pull' text messages though. the only options you'll have in my experience:
- exercise patience. I've seen them arrive up to three days after being sent.
- call your mobile provider. They can actually check whether a message has passed their systems, or if the problem is on the senders side.
