The toner cartridges don't move
My printer doesn't print at all and the cartridge carrier on my HP Officejet 6500A Plus doesn't move when I open the cover

Power is on, unplugged and replugged, rebooted PC, cartridge holder DOES NOT MOVE when door is open, which is how one replaces color cartridges. Just stuck or not responding to sensors.
