Error 9 is something related to the CPU, NAND or a USB issue. Try to restore it again. Just had a 5s that wouldn't restore, tried a different cable and computer and it restored fine.

When giving an answer with a possible method of repair dont asume the person knows what that is . It helps them if you explain what for example the oven method is . someone might actually just throw there iphone in whole and crank the heat .
