Changing wifi/bluetooth antenna. Can someone help me please?

Hello!

I got an iPhone 5S where the WiFi signal and bluetooth are flipping around. Now I'd like the replace the antenna. Is there any tutorial for it? Just found the upper component cable but there isn't shown how to get out the wifi/bluetooth parts.
