Is it possible to increase smarphones motherboards impact resistence?
Do such materials exist (impact-absorptive)? If so, whether can they overheat the device?

You're between a rock and a hard place here ;-}
Yes, there are impact-absorptive materials but they also insulate heat transmission from the components. So you're damed here from the device over heating. In addition you wouldn't be able to repair the phone either once you encapsulated it. The best thing here is don't drop the phone ;-}
And you might want to get a good case to hopefully offer some protection.
