damaged dual sim card slot

I foolishly tried the hack of sticking a reduced sim card to the back of a sd card, so i could have 2 sims and a sd card in the phone at the same time. this took a bit of force to insert the tray and one sim did not work. once i ejected the sim tray bits of plastic came out as well and now the second sim place or sd card will not work. can i replace the inner sim receptacle?
