Replaced printer base unit on a Canon Starwriter Jet 300 and in still getting error. I need a reset code to reset the whole machine. I have tried everything. nothing seems to work. Im able to get into the internal settings, however I do not know the reset code. I will pay for this information. Thank You...

Ive called canon and there is no reset code available for this printer,
they did tell me this through a max level technition:
Wait for at least 15 minutes , when the time is up, unplug it and wait an hour then you may replace the ink cartridge and restart the word processor and it should recognize it.
