Sim card stuck with out tray in iPhone 6s
I pulled the screws from the bottom of phone but it will not come apart now what do I do?

The iPhone 6S screen is also held in place with adhesive, along the edges. Check out a few disassembly tips on the ifixit repair videos. Do not try to pick or dig out the sim card from the sim slot, remove the screen and push it out gently from the inside.

Use an iOpener to help loosen the adhesive too. It'll help as you pry up the screen as Brian described.
