Why is my mx922 not powering up?

R Klein start by disconnecting the power cable from the printer. Then hold down the power button for 30 seconds with it still unplugged. After that plug iot back in. Make sure that your electrical outlet works.

I have the same issue. I followed the solution, but no avail
I tried unplugging and holding down the power button also. Plugged it back in, pushed the power button...nothing!
Same problem. I'm going to try this when I get home. If that doesn't work, I'll start ripping it apart. Will update when I know more.
What did you find out?
That didn’t work for me. The power supply module snaps out easily. I’m going to try to find a replacement.
i have a canon mx925 put nw powe supply in but wont tune on then left for 5 min and the only light that come on now is the copy blue light

This didn’t work the first time I tried it, then held power button for a full minute and it worked.

Did not work for me. I threw away the printer and will never buy a Canon printer again.

Canon MX922 Printer will not turn ON. My Canon MX922 lost power when I started to clean the print heads. I measured the power supply pins and had 8 volts and 11.5 volts at pin 1 and pin 3 on the 5 pin connector. Pins 2 & 4 are the GND pins. Is there a Troubleshooting Guide as to what I test next? I am an Electronic Tech

Wow! Thanks for that info. My MX922 is only 3 months old and worked fine yesterday. Pushed the power button this morning and NOTHING! I unplugged it for about 20 seconds, still nothing. Your process was a PRINTER SAVER! Once again Thanks!
