Why won't my Cruz turn on?
Every time I try to turn my Cruz on, it won't turn on. It does not seem to be charging. What should I do?

If your Cruz does not show any signs of power or turning on, check to make sure your device is charged. Try using a different electrical outlet as well as making sure the device is fully connected to the charger.
