I am trying to use the touch screen on my device. Nothing on the screen is responding to my finger. This has not happened to me in the past. How can I resolve this issue?

First, you are going to want to try cleaning the screen and your fingers. Also, if you have a screen protector or case, remove it. All of these things could interfere with the device's ability to sense your touch. If this does not solve your problem, restart the device and try again.
If this does not work, you may need to replace your screen with a new one. This could have been a result of dropping it or just heavy use.
