Why doesn't the keyboard respond?
The keyboard is completely non-responsive. Not water damaged

Odin Townley, Found this info, on a Chrome Book Central help forum, Hold refresh button down(half circle button) over the #4, tap power button, computer will shut off. keyboard should respond. you may have to try a external key board, If this does not do it check the link below for more trouble shooting and suggestions. Good luck.
