My Xbox One hasn't been able to turn on for a while. I've tried every suggestion on www.xbox.com but it still won't work. When I turn it on,my controller will start blinking and it won't show it on the screen. If anyone can help,that would be great.

If you just got the Xbox from someplace like bestbuy it will be under warranty for about 1 year after purchase so just get the free replacement if you got it from a friend check if it's still under warranty at Xbox.com if it's not and it's not the power supply you can have Microsoft repair the console if the tampering sticker is not damaged that would be your best bet, if you would like to have me help troubleshoot I am here to help

Well,here's the answer: A Fallout 4 Mod (Blacksmith Anywhere) has fried my motherboard and it circuits from the system. Only 2 options: Check for warranty and send it to Microsoft to fix it or just buy a new one.

from my experience i could say that is changing the power supply is the solution because it is more familiar that it is power supply issue in xbox.

Does the console itself come on (Does the light on the front come on and stay on)?

What color is the light on the power brick? And does it change when you try to power on the xbox? (Don't use controller) also does it make the "ding" sound when you try to power it on?
