What wire connections inside phone controls turning on screen

Had to repair the sim card reader for HTC Desire 610, so took the phone apart and made what I think is a fix (won't know until I can see the screen). I was very conscious of wiring schematic, but when I put the phone together and turned it on, it vibrated, played ATT theme, but the screen stayed black! I obviously missed an important step or connection when I put the phone back together. Any help would be appreciated.

@ifixitlitestrm did your screen work before you "made what I think is a fix"? What does your fix look like? Post images of what you did.

oldturkey03, thank you for your reply. Yes the phone worked perfectly with the exception of the SIM card reader no reading the new card. The phone is unlocked and I want to use it on TracFone.

I have taken the phone apart again and have taken some photos of the inside. I can identify most of the parts, but there is one connection labeled "????? NO. 2" and "A", that I have no idea what it does. I'm thinking that this may be the culprit. There is a connection on the mother board ("B") that seats into that connection "A", but once the motherboard is put back, it's a blind connection and I can't see if there is a good connection made. Hope this helps. By the way, I have tried all the suggestions of holding power buttons and volume buttons in various combinations, but to no avail. Thank for your interest. I could have sworn there was a place to add attachments, but now I can't find it! %#*@!
