My iPod doesn't work without computer.

I have an Ipod Nano 3rd.Generation,I charged with my computer but when I eject my ipod,it's closed and never work again.I tried with ipod charge adapter but it's same,ipod has gone a full charge and worked with charge but doesn't work without cables.please help me.

Sounds to me like you need a new battery, it does not seem to hold a charge. It is available here http://www.ifixit.com/iPod-Parts/iPod-Na... and the instructions are iPod Nano 3rd Generation Battery Replacement good luck.
