Hi, I've got this wonderfull notebook with cpu i5 and for this reason I want upgrade it for lengthen its life. So I decided to upgrade the cpu, and I found the mothebord with i7, but is it possible upgrade only cpu, same generation?

The teardown for the laptop is here in iFixit.
The CPU/GPU is soldered on. While it can be changed, you will have to have some expensive equipment with some incredibly good soldering skills and a lot of patience.
