I can't get my wifi to turn on

When I touch the wifi tab to turn on wifi, it doesn't light up the bright green that it should. It then turns back off.

Did you flash a custom ROM? If you did, that is probably your problem. If not, it might be a bad joint under the wifi chip but try a factory reset first.
