To be truly honest, have to taken the "barbaric" approach and try to slap it against a hard surface? You also can try to open it physically and unplug the hard-drive cable and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, try to open the hard-drive(IF YOU DARE), and reset the pin. I don't suggest the 3rd suggestion i say unless your experienced.

Trey i have the same problem as dk7250 i tried the suggestions but didnt work out. could you try explaining how to do the reset pin procedure please. i am a techie. Thankz
