chromebook will not turn on
My sons chromebook is plugged in the outlet shows a blue light to say it is charging but will not turn on. What can i do to fix this?

You will have to get a replacement. Same thing happened to me and the two technicians at my school couldn't repair it.

Had anything happened to it before this occured? Are you sure you pushed the power button, have you tried holding it down for a few seconds. Do you hear any sounds when you push the button? Do any lights indicating its on show up? When you hook a keyboard, mouse, phone, light, anything into the usb port, does it get power? We needs to know these things to help you
